Interactive Brokers (Manual)
If you prefer not to use Auto-Sync, you can manually upload a CSV file generated from the same Flex Query system.
Step 1: Create Trade Confirmation Flex Query
- Login to your IBKR account and go to Performance & Reports > Flex Queries.
- Click the (+) icon next to "Trade Confirmation Flex Query".
- Name the query:
OpenTrades. - Under Sections, select Trade Confirmation.
- Click Select All in the popup (Ensure "Executions" is checked).
Required Configuration
Format: CSV
Date Format: yyyyMMdd
Time Format: HHmmss
Separator: Semi-colon (;)
Ensure Flex Web Service Status is ticked. Click Continue, Create, Ok.
Step 2: Download & Upload
- Back in the list, click the Run (Arrow) icon to download the file manually.
- Go to OpenTrades, click Import Trades > Add Broker > Interactive Broker.
- Select the Manual Upload tab.
- Select the downloaded file and click Connect & Sync.
